It was about 2 thousand years ago when Jesuschrist died and shed His blood on the cross for the sins of mankind and as hard as it is for some to believe He never sinned and thats why it takes faith to believe the miracles and wonders that He did. I know that Jesus was the greatest living example. Another thing was that throughout His life He was constantly helping people and yet those same people were right next to Him with their fists in the air yelling "crucify Him" and there were people that even spit at Him. Even through all of the torture and pain they put Him through He still forgave us and shed His blood on Calvary for all of our sins.
